 susan2 Susan Jackson – Case Manager/Investigator
Birthplace: South Carolina
Current Residence: Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Occupation: Vacation Real Estate Rentals

Having been raised in a small town, you’re always looking for something to do. She loved the cemetery back home, it was a peaceful place for her. She was always one who loved to explore the reputed “haunted houses.” The idea stuck in the back of her mind, “what if & I wonder.” She’d had an interest in the paranormal since being that exploring teenager. When her grandmother passed away, she saw her that night, but didn’t know she had actually died til the following morning. She had always been the skeptical “show me” type. That’s really what got her mind to wondering even more. Over the years, she had several experiences. While living in Florida, she was an investigator with another active paranormal research group. Your senses seem heightened when investigating, but to actually have evidence….now that’s exciting!Susan’s goal now, is to add credibility to the scientific research field, to prove there really is something more there! With all the new technology being developed it’s truly exciting to know you’re helping in the research & advancement of scientific proof. You never know when you may help find the indisputable evidence!

chance Chance Lay – Tech Specialist/ Investigator
Birthplace: New Orleans, Louisiana
Current Residence: Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Occupation:Web and Graphics Developer/Professional Photographer

Chance has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and considers himself a total tech junkie. His interest in the paranormal, being from one of the most haunted cities in America, began at young age and was sparked by several personal experiences. He is obsessed with the scientific approach and keeps that focus throughout all investigations. He gives 100% to debunk anything and everything. He states that there is this overwhelming excitement in finding the occurances that cannot be explained and can only be labeled as paranormal. Words of advice: Never accept an orb as proof of paranormal activity. I am not saying that orbs cannot be paranormal, I am just stating that there are too many other possibilites such as bugs, dust, etc. that could be the possible explanation and there is, of course, no way to prove or disprove it. So in my opinion, avoid orbs like the plague!
